thoughtful gifts and flower pages

Someone sent me flowers from this place. They were delivered at night when I wasnt home and left outside to freeze. Someone did call, but no one answered. However, they were delivered anyways. When I called the next day to advise of what had happened, I was yelled at by the person on the phone and told that they dont need my business as they have 3000 other customers.
